Shipping Policy

 


 

Order Processing

 

All orders are subject to a processing period of 2–5 business days before shipping.

This allows our fulfillment team to verify, prepare, and package your order to our quality standards.

  • Processing begins once your order status changes to “Accepted.”

  • Orders remain in “New” status for approximately the first 2 hours after placement. During this time, you may request address changes or cancellations.

  • Once an order moves to “Accepted,” it is being prepared for shipment and can no longer be changed or canceled.

Large or bulk orders (over 200 units) may take up to 5–10 business days to process before shipping.

 


 

Shipping Times (U.S. Domestic)

 

Once fulfilled and handed to the carrier, standard U.S. shipping typically takes:

1–4 business days via USPS

Transit times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.


Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier volume, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

 


 

Tracking Information

 

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link to track its progress. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label has been created.

 


 

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

 


 

Delays or Lost Packages

If your package shows as “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please first check with neighbors or your local postal office.

If the package cannot be located, contact info@celloralife.com and we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

 


 

Incorrect Address Information

 

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship the order (additional postage applies) or refund the item total minus the original shipping cost.
